Does anyone know if World Circuit 2 permits the creation/updating of cars
sets and paint schemes a la Papyrus Indycar and NASCAR?

Also, one of the features I really liked about the original was how it
allowed you to easily switch between different drivers from one race to
another or even during a race itself, something I wish Papyrus would
capitalize on.  Is this maintained in the new version?
