New F1 simulators?

I have F355 Challenge for the PS2 and it would be great if there was a
simulator which had similar quality of physics but allowed you to
drive F1 vehicles. I also have GT3, and I really enjoy driving the
Monaco track with the unlocked F1 vehicle, but the GT3 physics are not
really in the same class as F355.  And of course, GT3 only gives you
the one F1 track.

I've played a bit with F1 2002 on the PS2 as well, and while it's
fairly decent and gives you a full set of F1 tracks, I don't think the
physics really measure up to F355 either.

Ideally, my wish list would include a physics engine with the
realism of F355, and a full set of F1 tracks and vehicles.  Is there
any prospect of someone coming out with such a simulator in the
foreseeable future?

F1 Challenge '99-'02 on PC.  Made by completely different people than those
that made F1 2002 (or F1 Career Challenge 99-02) for consoles.  Physics are
even better than F355.

What aspects of the physics in particular would you say are better
than F355?  Are the cars tunable?  I don't have a PC right now that is
up to running that kind of sim, so I'm stuck with the PS2 for now.
But when I get around to getting an upgraded PC I might take a look at
it.
