Thanks for the tour. I bought my one and only TSW2 more then 3 years
ago. The folks at TSW have always been there to answer any questions, offer
suggestions, and Julie always makes sure that any parts order gets out ASAP.
As a side note I purchased the USB adapter and even after downloading
the VIA patch eventually my controller would stop responding to my input
commands. Dave offered a full refund if I couldn't get it to work. I had
disconnected the unit and was going to ship it back in a few days. In the
meantime I had noticed that the steering pot was starting to go again after
about a year. I had one pot left, so I called TSW and spoke to Julie. I
ordered 3 new 250 ohm DK pots, I noticed that the old ones were 100 ohm
pots. I asked Julie why. She said that they changed to 250 ohm pots for a
compatability issue with Win XP. When I told her that I was returning the
USB adapter, she said I should try it with the new pots. The pots arrived in
two days, and so far so good.

I'm planning to get a TSW2 Modified. Can't wait to order it. Sounds
like TSW has great customer service. Are you happy with the TSW2? What
sims are you using it for?
