I liked it very much.
I do not have access to Playstation, Xbox...

Is there any better PC game of this kind?

Driver is a joke, lousy AI, square blocks, the only it's got
going for it is adrenaline. Trust me, I wrote the FAQ for it.

Try Midtown Madness for cities, but no cops (or none that's
any significant).

The car handling is loads of fun though in Driver. That's the one thing
missing from MM and GTA.

I didn't say it was accurate - just fun. Overall GTA is a better (if
somewhat overrated) game though...

Quarantine is released 1993? Too old for me.

I liked Mafia A LOT. I don't know if I'd put it ahead of VC. I liked
them for different reasons. But I wound up being too bored to
complete either one.

I'd love it if the race track from Mafia could be translated to
NR2003.

I haven't played any of the Simpsons games.

I never bothered to go through the missions, but the free ride was very
immersive and enjoyable.

The missions and the story/writing in particular are superb in Mafia,
one of the best-written video games IMO. I was actually disappointed
when it was over, like when you finish a good book.
