Anyone know if this is worth paying $15 for at my local OfficeMax? The shots on
the box looked pretty good but it is, after all, by SEGA. I don't have a clue
how old it is, but the box mentioned W98.

I have it..

for $15 grab it... it is fun..  reasonably realstic..  but a good change
from other sims
