T-2 w/NASCAR 2

I have a thrustmaster-2 wheel/pedal combination I'm trying to
get working with NASCAR 2. Problem is the calibrate section for
the pedals will not work. I can calibrate steering fine, but when
I click to calibrate the pedals and "mash" one of them nothing happens.

I load and run NASCAR 1 and do not have these problems. I have
emailed both papyrus and thrustmaster to no satisfaction.

I'm running in DOS, I have no 'joystick' on my system. The thrustmaster
is attached to the game port of my sound card. And as I stated above
it's only with NASCAR 2 I am not able to calibrate the pedals.

What did they change in NASCAR 2 ( besides making it 'click compatable')
where the calibration of steering/pedals is concerned I'd like to know.

thanks
Ken

Ken,

TM did change the T2 plug in newer models, so if your T2 is fairly new,
it may have the new wiring.  Basically, the new configuration replaces
the adaptor that came with older T2's.  The new T2 now acts like a
single joystick.  Try choosing joystick instead of wheel on the controls
menu in N2, and calibrate it that way.

God Bless,
Steve
