Lucky owner of GPL for 2 weeks and here are my times for just two tracks :
Monza - 1:31.14 - Ferrari 312
Nurburgring - 9:43.27 - Ferrari 312

Welcome to the club Dino,
For two weeks I'd say that's good.  Those are both tracks that I've never
been very good at.

Well, if you go the wrong way 'round your laps don't get scored, so I'd say:
yes, you're going in the right direction. ;-)
