Can other tracks besides Watkins Glen be used in the GPL demo? I'm using the
demo that came on the N99 disc from about 1.5 years ago.

Sierra has updated the demo at least once. There was a version of the
demo that included Monza instead of the Glen. Try dloading the demo
from Sierra to see which track they have.

why not just buy the game it only costs about 10 now? Then you'll have
plenty of tracks to play on

If you like the Watkins Glen demo, why don't you buy the full game?
You'll get 11 tracks in total! GPL is being sold very cheap nowadays.
There is a Monza demo by the way.
