GPL EA Guys - a couple of questions...

by Mark » Wed, 19 Jul 2000 04:00:00

...since I can't get to the forum.

I've just found out about all of your work (having been away from GPL
for a good while - 14 month old daughter...) and I'm mighty impressed
with what I've seen so far.
So, are there any plans for more 3D wheeled cars (Eagle please!)?  The
ones you've done look -so- much better for it.
When is your ETA for Goodwood?
I'm going to a track day there at the back end of August and think it
would be nice to have a little 'preparation' beforehand ;-)

Cheers,

Mark

If you want just the 3D Wheels, check out the GPL Tyre Barn
http://members.fortunecity.com/nytehh/index.html
3D Wheels for every car + many many textures to choose from.

One day, all of 'em! :)

Hmm, I can't promise too much, but I'd say you have a fighting chance to get
a few laps of practice in!
Thanks for the kind words!

I tried that, but I said at the start of my post that I couldn't access
them.  Don't know if it was a glitch at the time - internet access here
(work, on the sly) is pretty ropey...

Thanks for the reply, tho ;-)

Oops! a wee typo there.  But GPL guys working on, say, NFS Ferrari
Challenge...  I can dream can't I?

Thank-you-.  Keep it up my good man.

Oh, and sorry for the superfluous space - I know it's GPLEA, not
GPL*space*EA.  Could almost be considered an insult...
