I hope nascar 2 cars are more forgiving than the 1st.
ive done alittle racing in my time and never had the setup problems i
have with nascar there are times i felt like i was riding on ice
please papyrus give us a little grip expecially when you put on new
tires watch the real boys they can race 2-3 wide auful hard to do it
only 1 line I think the game would be alittle more enjoyable if we could
have more side by side racing. just my opinion

I did not like the feel of the NASCAR cars either. They are incredibly twitchy,
flailing left and right under even mild throttle. If it was a real car I would suspect
one or two broken tie-rods. Then also a tiny tap from one of the AI cars would send me
hurtling across the track while the AI car either drove on or spun one revolution before
continuing. I found Indycar to be not as bad but still not having the solid feel of
World Circuit. So the concensus is that Indycar 2 is better?

"movement" is much smoother, which helps your (our) reaction time to
avoid accidents and the sometimes "wacky" AI cars. It also feels more

With NASCAR, it really depends on the track. Some tracks I have to force the
car to fishtail and others seem undriveable. Also when I went from joystick to
T2 wheel, I had to redo nearly all my setups.  Just one of them racin' deals,
I guess. I find ICR2 much worse with the traction.

Driving a car in NASCAR racing is not much different than driving a real
NASCAR as far as physics models go.
