GPL Aim problem

ive just loaded GPL Aim from my old machine to my new one but now i get this
message when i try to start it

339 component ccrpprg6or one of its dependancies not correctly registered a
file is invalid or missing

Ive tried to download it again but cant seem to find it, i can find the home
page but no link to download.
Can anyone help me please
