YALFS (yet another LFS) post...controller issues

I Love what looks to be a promising (as advertised here in ras)
game...but....I have a Nascar ProDig2 and an ActLabs RS...the demo doesnt
seem to see either...did I miss something? Do USB input devices work with
this demo? The game works "fine" with the mouse controls...but I'm having NO
controller luck....and I never could drive with a mouse/keyboard...any help
or pointing me to RTFM somewhere would be appreciated
