ACT LABS- great experience!

Just posting an update to my broken wheel experience...

About 2 months ago, my Force RS busted (tensioner broke), and I sent it
US mail 3rd class (mistake).  It took almost 2 months to get there
thanks to crappy mail service-  I had thought hope was lost...

I called customer service, and after being treated wonderfully, was
informed it would be arriving shortly.

I got in the mail today, a BRAND NEW Force RS, with an additional
software title included!  I was pleasantly surprised-  I'm so pleased
with te sercive I went ahead and ordered a RS shifter as well.

just to let everyone know, Act Labs is great to deal with-  you won't be
sorry.  Not to mention they have a great product... And no, I'm not an
affiliate.

The original problem I heard, was that the recycled content of the
plastic was too high in some of the first batch wheels, so they tend to
be a bit brittle.  I was told not to worry with the new unit.

Sounds good! Too bad you can't use the shifter with N3 :-)

You can still use it, but only as a sequential shifter with
two positions.
