VROC chat is hosted by shadowworld.net. If the other chatrooms you tried
were all set up using winvroc they will all be on shadowworld.net, so maybe
the shadowworld network was down again. I say again, because a few days back
the network was down for a few hours. Shadowworld are upgrading their
servers or something.
VROC chat is working right now, so maybe try it again.
