Recently in the UK there was a preview of Gran Turismo 2 complete with
an interview with it's creator Mr Yamouchi (Japan's answer to Geoff Crammond
(apparently)). This article made the game look very good but throughout
Yamouchi spoke of his desire to make it the best driving sim in the world,
which is fair. However, he then spent much of his time pointing out that
the Playstation did not have the hardware required to create what he wanted
to create in terms of Physics, graphics and sound. So my question is: Why
doesn't he write it for the PC? Then he is not restricted hardware wise.
Would this not be wise??
Your thoughts.
