I am looking for somewhere that tells about multiplayer controls the manual
doesn't cover, like holding down ctrl/shift while looking at ratings, what
those no.'s mean, boss of server controls, etc.

Don't know if what you are looking for is in there but the game's readme has
a lot of info not in the manual.
