Yes as the title says I want a Track Editor for GP2, or NASCAR2 if
Adam from Papyrus is watching!!!!! It would be great to design your
own tracks, just look how popular DOOM1/2 got when you could design
your own levels - That includes DUKE3d. It would be all I ever wanted
from a racing sim!!!

Oh yeah, he is absolutly right. That would be one awesome feature. You
already can design your own cars, why not design your own track? Papyrus,
go ahead and do something like this.

You kidding me?  Papyrus can't even figure out how to make a track
editor for themselves that doesn't produce curved pit roads, surely
you don't expect them to make a realistic one for the public?

I wholeheartedly agree with the author's idea.  An editor with a
combination of
features found in DOOM editors and the Jack Nicklaus golf course designer
(base
terrain, then buildup of ground surfaces, then 'objects') should be
possible, and
then look out!!  With whole server-fulls of user-designed tracks, sales of
the
base game engine should explode.  Plus, all this bedwetting over D**T**A
can be stopped when anyone can design their own PRIVATE tracks.
