Isn't it released already? I've seen within this newsgroup that many guys in
the States are playing with their full version of the game. I am waiting (but
dammit please come FAST) for it to come to be on sale in Hong Kong.

In California I bought the game in early October.  The game is available
by mail order in magazines for about the same price in stores.  $60.  NFS
is NOT a remake of Nascar.  Do not expect to race against Al Unser Jr.  It
is an arcade style game very similar to CRUSIN' USA in arcades.  The
graphics I believe are the best available.  Be aware that you've gotta
have a 486 DX2 at minimum with 8 MB RAM and 30MB hard disk space.  I
recommend a steering device, SOUND BLASTER, Pentium 75 and a good video
card.  This game is a must buy for those who like to drive.

Scott,

I couldn't have said it better myself.  It is definitely a game for people
who like to drive.  I have been waiting for a game like this for years and
it is finally here.  I got mine the first week in October mail order for
$46.  I thought that was a pretty good price.  I have a 486DX2/80 with 8
megs ram and an ATI Mach 32 video card and it runs quite well in hi-res
mode.  I was pleasantly surprised.
