I think this all started during qual in the lowes fixed race we ran.. i
qualed 1mph faster than the 2nd place guy. and about 30 sec later dodgefan!
called me a cheater. so the race started. i dunno why but he wrecked. i
remember passing him when he was comming out of the pits early in the race
and he didnt try to wreck me. so lap 20 comes and i see i am catching him
quickley like he just came out of the pits again. i saw him high in t2 and
i remember he called me a cheater so i was gonna take my time passing him as
soon as i got under him he turned hard left on me. so i hit the brake and
caught his left rear and he spun. thats the only lap i remember..and thats
the only lap i reported him. if he says there were 2 replays the 2nd i dont
think is mine i read the email i sent papy and i only reported him for lap
20...and if i remember correctly he was exiting the pits on lap 20. so he
had to have all 4 tires..this race was like 3 weeks ago i think..so i dont
remember every detail of it. and i dont have the replay

Was this a league race or a pickup race? If it was a league race, why the
hell are you reporting anything to papy? If you didn't my apologies, if you
did, YOU should be banned for being an idiot

Now it's much clearer. From watching the replay, I see you tried very hard
to avoid him, and if you didn't do all that you did, you would have gotten A
LOT more than a tap. When I watched the replay, the sudden and bold lure to
the left right when you go to the inside of him made it so obvious it was
intentional. Then, because you did a good job in trying to avoid him, you
can see he keeps trying to go after you there and doesn't tap you until he's
almost in the wall. (off the racing part of the track)

they dont ban people from other servers

They do. They ban people from *every* server, on the basis of complaints
regarding behaviour on Papy servers.

Not the same thing.

I think he was saying they don't ban based on the *behavior* on non-Papy
servers... Of course if you get banned, you can no longer access ANY of them.

That's not what Justin wrote, however. "They don't ban people from other
servers" seems a pretty transparent statement to me. To me it looks like
Justin has been assuming the wrong thing about the banning system.
Maybe this opens up another consideration- if Justin wrongly thought that
the ban would be effective only on papyloop servers, maybe the complaint
wouldn't have made otherwise, or maybe it would, *shrug*.

Ok you all must have read that wrong..ill re write it. i MENT that they
dont ban people who wreck in other server only people who wreck in papy
servers..because they cant watch the other server..only theres...
