GPL - everything is tinged in blue

Having finally got a system that will run it in all its glory, I'm having a
touch of trouble with the display. Everything seems to have blue in it - the
tyres are blue at low speed, the trees have blue in them, the track textures at
certain tracks have blue in it.  The exhaust pipes are blue.  It's all the same
sort of blue.  I've patched the game to 1.2 also.

Specs

PIII 600
128Mb SDRAM
Voodoo 3000
Soundblaster 128 something or other
DX6.1
Thrustmaster Nascar Sprint Wheel.

Also, are there any good FAQs about the game so I can stop annoying you fine
folks?

Cheers,

Alex Collingridge

Sorry to hear ya got the gpl blues<g> Not sure what's causing it, but the
latest V-3000 drivers might solve your problem, but they only work with
DX7....I've read some horror stories about DX7 of late, but it's run
faultlessly on my rig for many weeks now. Here's the link if you have no
luck with DX6.1   http://www.3dfxgamers.com/view.asp?IOID=15

As for FAQ's, here's a good one
http://simracing.com/alison/gpl/

BTW, I replaced my SB128 with the SBLive Value and the difference it's made
to both the sound quality and steering input for gpl has been amazing. The
frame rate is much smoother and the sound is 500 times better imo.
Good Luck Phil

Check your gamma settings in display properties or the colour temp setting
on the monitor.
