Is there any way to print the results and point standings after each race in
the 'championship' mode?  TIA

I don't think there is a way to print them directly from the game. However,
once you finish the race, you can export the standings by clicking the
Export button on the results page before you leave the race weekend. That
will make a html file with the all of the results from the entire weekend in
the ..\exports-imports\ folder. If you only want the race results, then when
you are on the main Championship Season screen, you can select any race that
you've already completed and export the results from there. You can also get
to and then export the current points standings from the main Championship
Season screen as well. I guess you can then print the exported html files as
you want

I do believe once you've finished the race, you can export the race results.
As for point standings, once you're done enjoying the 'victory screen', you
should see a button to view the standings. From there, you can export the
point standings. Both are exported to HTML files. You should know how to
view and print from there.
