Try this one:

click on 'PC' and then 'V'
I don't know exactly which patch it is, but since it is a german site, it
should work.
Also remember there are 2 patches that work with european versions. One of
it creates a folder 'MGI' in your 'program files' folder and stores the
careers there. If you want to continue your current careers, you have to
copy them there, I guess.
