Why wait for GP3?  F12K is good and it's here now.  We all have high hopes
for GP3, but we have no idea when it will be released, or if it WILL be THAT
good - we can only hope.
Get F12K now and enjoy it, if GP3 is better, then dump it. After all, it's
only $30 we are talking about, not exactly a king's ransom!

Sorry Kieran, don't know what you are talking about! I'm in the UK and the
standard price is 29.99 in any EB, PC World, Game or Dixons. Even less if
you buy mail order!

$30 - a lot? It's the price of 2 people going to Leicester Square Odeon to
see a film!  Not a lot in todays terms I'm afraid.

Interesting stuff, but no one mentions F1WGP ?, Just got my copy of this
months PC Gamer and both games are reviewed. F1 2000 is given 58% and F1WGP
67%. Now I bought F1 2000 and find it very good for hotlapping solo, But the
A1 sucks big time and you need a killer machine to run it, If I wasn`t a F1
nut I would have took it back.
F1WGP I have not played but look forward too, although the review mentions
the same problems which spoil F1 2000. If anyone ever played Official F1
racing, this game is by the same people responsible for that, which I
thought wasn`t bad as it ran smoothly,
graphics reasonable and sound etc... but was only let down by the
poor physics model being too arcadey. If the physics model is better
and you can run it at a decent framerate this game should be fairly
enjoyable, If anyone gets their hands on a copy before I do please let me
know what you think.

Snake.

$30 here... is like 15 sterling...

Though to go to the store I'm looking at 50-80$ for new releases, i just
can't justify scraping that together personally for f1 2000
