rFactor XML parser

Hi folks,

I modified my Python rFactor Results parser over the weekend to allow
the inclusion of qualifying results for the race report.

You can download it here:

It requires a Python interpreter and the "ElementTree" package for
Python which is easily available using "easy install" for Python.

The script runs on both Linux and Windows (thanks to Ken MacKay for
testing), let me know if you have any suggestions, patches or problems
at uwe dot schuerkamp at gmail dot com.
