I usualy host a race for a friend.But I would like to increase the damage
model,so he couldn`t get an advantage with rail riding or overrevving the
machine.If I change the setting on my machine,will this be his damage model
,or the one in the settings on his machine?Thanks!

If you host, then your settings will be active for both you and your friend.

If he 'overrevs' the engine long enough, it will blow.  There is nothing you
can do to prevent this, other than forcing Fixed setup races, as it is
controlled by the setup.
