Switzerland to save costs. It still arrived in less than 2 weeks, for a
total cost of about $21 US. I recommend it.

Actually, GPL could be found in the "bargain bin" of every Manor/Placette
in Switzerland, selling for 15 CHF (that's 10 USD, fact fans...)
Obviously, this was two weeks after I bought my copy in Italy for 54 CHF...

Dohhhh! Oh well, living up in Davos in the mountains, I don't get
anywhere near a Manor.
