I can get a pretty good set-up for most tracks however Richmond is a
different story. If anyone has any set-ups for RIR in the ace category
please let me know.

I agree, this is a toughy.  I had a setup that just "squealed like a
stuck pig" around 80% of the track.  This track is certainly a track
that one man's setup ain't gonna work for another.  I will being
revisting Richmond once I get this damned Championship out of the way.
I suggest starting with a totally "neutral" carsetup and start working
from there.  This was one of the few places where I couldn't take one of
the default setups and adjust it to my driving style.
