Viper 1.1 FF with WFF

I found the 1.1 patch for Viper, and was looking forward to better FF with
my Logitech  Wingman Formula Force USB.  The FF is stronger, almost too
strong!  You really have to fight with the wheel on sharp turns, and the
rear end will become loose too easily.  Also, the dead zone seems to be
bigger.  Is it just me?
They changed the horn as well; no more 18-wheeler.
