   I was in the CompUSA Monday (Albany, NY) and saw Papyrus' CART
Racing (reissue of DOS/Win95/Rendition ICR2 with Steve Smith's
handbook)on the shelf ($35, hope they match Papyrus' MSRP).  It had a
sticker on the box for a $10 rebate.  Make's me feel a bit better that
I'll only be paying $20 for the handbook (since I've already paid for
ICR2 DOS and got the Rendition version with my Reactor card).  :)

Before you send me UCE, I know what you're thinking...  Did he complain
to five or six postmasters last month?  Now, you must ask yourself one
question: "Do I feel lucky?"  Well, do you, punk?

Since Egghead  closed, CompUSA in Latham has priced software (other
than advertised) at CompUSA's highest store level, the one they use
for selected stores with no local competition. The BGN Expansion Pack
is also priced over list there (or at least was when I bought it).

750,000 people in the metro area,  and *one* major computer store.
Now, if only they'd replace the Wal-Mart across from Crossgates with a
Best Buy...
