HELP - GP Circuit setups!!

Hi,
   I'm racing GP2 at semi-pro level and to go faster to reach ace level
I need a better car setup .... can anyone help.

Has anybody got a good guide to GP2 carsetups - with example/good
settings for each circuit. Preferably in table format. I have visited
the regular sites but have had no luck. Please help - or i'll be stuck
on semi-pro all my life qualifying 2nd, 3rd or 4th! (oh no!).
