ICR2 - paintkit help

ICR2 - paintkit help

Just did a total rebuild of my system, thought I transfered all the files I
would need... but I seem to have missed patchpkt.com, the patch for painting
the rear spline on the cars.  None of the websites I've checked seem to have
the file anymore.

If anyone could toss a copy of it my way, I'd really appreciate it.
