Okay, here is the secret. Looking at all the race statistics, it is
clear that less than 50% of the drivers who start a race, finish the
race. So... all you need to do to improve your level, is finish races.
In fact, finishing races is so important, that you should stay in a race
even if you are 10 laps down, if you are interested in upping your skill
level.
