Can anyone post the instructions or point me in the right direction for
putting Pocono on N3?

yep,

copy the pocono folder from the n2 cd into the nascar3/tracks folder, then
run the patch on the tracks page of www.theuspits.com (stockcar page).

You will also need to add the race to your all.cal and winston cup calendar
file.
