Does real life Nascars have rev. limiters to limit speeding when pitting.  If
so for Nascar 2 I would like to see them use one of the buttons on the T2 as a
rev. limiter for pitting.  Currently I use one of the buttons for reverse and
the other button has no function and may be put to use in Nascar 2.

In real life Nascar stock cars have no rev limiter. They do it the
good ole fashion way by reading the tach and staying under a certain
RPM. Only Indycar and F1 have rev limiters.

//NASCAR  drivers use no rev limiters :)

Usually on a Saturday before the Race during a practice session
or (Happy Hour) The pace car will lead the field for a lap and bring
the field down pit road at the desired max. allowed pit speed. (which
all Nascar tracks are NOT 55mph <G>)  each driver checks their
Tachometers and adjusts them accordingly so they know
"where to be" when they pit!  :)

No they do not. They use the tach and the brake. On the pace lap, the
pace car will take them down pit road at the psted speed limit, and
they will make a note of the RPMs in a given gear. Then during a race,
they go down pit road, in the same gear, at the same RPMs.
