Nascar3 - Any leagues forming?

Where or who would I see about joinging a Nascar3 online racing league.
I am getting sick of idiots joining races online and then running the
opposite way around the track just for fun :(

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Hi Mark,

I run the N3PRC (Pro Racing Club).  It's a group of clean drivers and you
have to pass a recruitment race to get into the club.  Members hold races
on various days on a first-come first-served basis so you can join any
race.

I'm pretty busy with work and things, but I try to hold a recruiting race
every 2 or 3 weeks.
