New GPL Ride Heights?? Cool!

by Chri » Fri, 11 Jun 1999 04:00:00

I'm actually very happy about the new 2.50" minimum
ride height in the upcoming GPL patch, since I've
never driven with a setup lower than 2.50" anyway.
Now, maybe I'll have a better chance in my Brabham
against those eeeeeeeevil Lotii. :)

-Chris-

PS:  Barry, would that happen to be how you got a
3:16 at Spa in a Brabham?  I'm hoping, since if it's
not, I've got a *WHOLE LOT* of practicing to do to
make up two seconds. :)

Pity they weren't increased even more.

New GPL Ride Heights?? Cool!

Absolutely Bruce.
I'm off to the goodwood festival of speed next week. As many of you will
know, this is a rare event in terms of the general public having unlimited
access to the paddock areas. Invariably, there are many cars from this era
in attendance. I am going to  speak to some of the mechanics in the paddock
in an attempt to glean some information on this subject. If any of you guys
have any general tech questions you would like answered, post them here and
I will make a list to take with me. I shall also be taking photographs that
will be posted on the binaries NG in due course.

May I suggest you take a tape recorder with you and try to capture some
good engine notes?
