I have a question to ask. Is there a utility on the internet that will
allow you to convert your old replays from ICR1 to ICR2? Since all 16
tracks are the same, surely it could be done (As well as the fact that
the Indy track can be converted to ICR2) If there isn't such a utility,
would any programmers out there be interested in making it? I'm asking
this because I had to delete ICR1 to make room for ICR2 on my Hard Drive,
and I really want to see the AI get destroyed in SVGA!

My editrpy program can do a little of what you want.  You can use it to convert a single lap from ICR1 to ICR2.  

It wouldn't be hard to make a conversion program that converted whole replay files though.  I'll give it some thought.
