I ve only be liiking at this group for a week or two and I was wondering
if there are any editors for F1GP (WC)

There are many good editors available, the best of which are from a
British F1GP/WC enthusiast named Trevor Kellaway on Compuserve.  I am
active in the WC groups on both Compuserve and GEnie -- I run the
league on that system -- and have a complete collection of editors and
utilities for the game.
There are many editors, some of which are used to change the design
and performance of the cars, others which are used to record and chart
the results of races.  If you let me know your specific needs, I can
direct you to an appropriate program.
