I own a Suncom F-15E Talon Model #96-6625
and I dont have any instructions
or software for this Joystick??

Does anyone know where the SUNCOM web site is.. Are they
still in business,..

Now I can run about 2 mph faster as I am using a single
pot control vs. a 3 pot control...

Don,
There is no software required (at least not for mine).  If you need to
know how to program it, email me and I'll try to explain it...it's pretty
simple.
