To keep it short, you need an utility called WinMip (available at:
http://www.the-fastlane.com/editors.htm ) to extract the skins from the
game, coverting them from mip's to bmp's. You can then edit the skins in a
graphics package like Paint Shop Pro, or Adobe Photoshop.
