I'm looking for a newsgroup server (preferably free!) to allow me to
download this newsgroup instead of having to read/post it on-line. The
R.A.S is the only only group I use. Any suggestions?

Thx Lee

I use news.CIS.DFN.de but you have to subscribe to get a username and
password (its free). Then you can set up your newsgroup reader to get RAS.

I use the same. It is very good, reliable and fast.

I agree. But I thought they insisted on people posting with their real
name, not a pseudonym - has that changed now?

Shhhh! I won't tell if you don't ;-)

(They do enforce it if they notice, though, so watch your back... <g>)

Someone posted this site a long time ago. It does not allow you to
respond, but you can lurk.
