Can anyone point me in the right direction for websites that support
this game?

Are there cheat codes avail?
How about new car skins?
New Tracks?
Add on's, etc, etc.... ?

Before you buy.

No cheat codes that I know of, but none are really needed, as there are
no locked tracks or cars.  I've been away from Viper Racing for a
while, but I can e-mail you some of my setup files if you'd like, to
give you a place to start on modifying your own cars.  If you'd like to

Have you tried NFS:PU yet?  It ranks right up there with Viper Racing
in my book.  The 550 Spyder is every bit as enjoyable as a GP3 car in
GPL, IMO.
