For some reason after a reinstall of Heat I can longer host races on IRF all
mods have been installed and no_cd patch is in place. Any help would be
appreciated

What temperature do you have your newly installed Heat set to?  Is it
within the operating conditions your PC was designed for?

   ***, hosting via IRF with Heat was a major pain.  I don't think I
ever did get it working.  Fortunately my Heat/DTM league had several guys
who could host.  So it was never a problem.  I would try asking Ced at the
Porrs league website, but then, now that I think about it...we didn't use
IRF for our races...just direct ip# connect, I think.
