Never argue with an idiot. He brings you down to his level, then beats you

"My biggest focus has been CART," Montoya told reporters this week. "I
didn't think of Indy when I thought of racing in the United States, I
thought about CART."
"So far, it's been very simple to get around here. You have to find the
apex of turning points and maximize the speeds to get around here."

Since Juan is a pretty good driver as it is and seems to adapt quickly to
cars judging by how quickly he was getting results in CART and especially on
ovals.
If you can get the hang of a track like Narareth and those type of ovals, I
guess Indy is one of the easier to learn as it's just 4 corners. I've heard
that some treat Nazareth as a 6-7 turn track, difficult that is!

Furthermore the first time Montoya ever drove Indy, it took hiim less
than 10 minutes to run a 217.4! Not to shabby for first time on the
track.
