I got a problem, it tries to run at 90+ fps. And i don't believe my
monitor can handle that high of a refresh rate. Any patch to slow down
the game or is it going to require something more complex?

  while driving  press alt t  I think you are in double speed mode.  or
alt x(I forget what all the alts do...)
