Vancouver Cart Sim?

I am looking for a recent simulator that has the Molson Indy Vancouver
circuit. The race is usually run on the Labour day weekend at the end of
August. A few of us here will be racing there in the GT 3 support race and
want to get familiar with the track.

There is no "good" racing simulator that has the most recent track version
of the Vancouver track.  You can still find it in Microsoft's CART:Precision
Racing, as a user-created track.

I remember also trying the track in Grand Prix 2, in a CART track pack
created by fans of the sim.
