A new demo for NFS3 will be available for download from their official
website from Tuesday 15th.(www.needforspeed.com)

It was included on the Sept 1998 PC Games magazine demo CD.  The game
absolutely rocks. It's my understanding that the final product (and I guess the
demo too) is 3dfx.  I am using a Thriller 8mb PCI Rendition card so I'm sure
its just software rendered ?!? but it looks AWESOME.  My Nascar Pro
Wheel/Pedals were a little tricky to get calibrated in the game but worked
pretty well.

hmmm.... it was off of a Sept 1998 Demo Disk but the filename of the executable
is dated 6/98.

I guess its the June one.  I concur with the crappy car control....kinda herky
jerky.

Where will the updated demo be?
