I just tried it and could access RSC and its forums.

From the Pacific NW in the USA I haven't been able to get to RSC or it's
forums for about the last 24 hours.

The server needed more RAM... been fixed.
Our server admin went to work when he was supposed to be in bed with the
flu... ***y ace job he is doing for us :)
