In also found using the Banshee Patch works better than making the
batch file

Only thing is your screen size will diminish as you go higher in
resolution in the MENU ONLY, viewing replays or while driving, it's
perfect. Make sure to adjust the Resolution in GLIDE.INI (comes with
the patch) according to what you'll use in the game. Don't play with the
Mirror update frequency in that glide.ini, there's no need for that with
V3 cards, have fun
