I miss the days of racing on TEN for NASCAR.

It was fun just to race those 10% dega races with the same high skill guys
every night...............

Why can't someone else do that???

Because most of the people who ran TEN had phone bills in the hundreds
of dollars every month.

Because companies like Sierra really don't give a rats ass,
after you buy the box. TEN was a huge faliure because they
never promoted it or ran it like it should have been run.
It had tons of potential but was not marketed properly.

You are mixing up T.E.N. (which was a flat fee of 19$ per month over the
Internet) with the Hawaii network that Papyrus had over phone lines for
Nascar Racing 1. :)

TEN was $20 a month for premium membership.

Okay, I just remember that our league director was in ONE of them and
ended up with his phone disconnected and off the internet completely

LOL. Ahhh the good ole days! My first phone bill was $800. After that, I
looked into the ten cents a minute plans. LOL They were still $350-$450
after that, but it was no $800!!

Been there, done that. My first phone bill of $300 was a TOTAL shock when I
was used to bills of $20 or less.
